The Partners in Education Program is an exciting initiative at the Isenberg School to help promote diversity in business professions. The initiative includes a first-year academic program at the University of Massachusetts Amherst for students from underrepresented populations who are interested in pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in business. The program provides services to student participants in their first year of college as they work to gain entry to the Isenberg School. Like other students in the Business Exploratory Track, students in the Partners in Education program are guaranteed admission to the Isenberg BBA program upon successful completing the required courses and obtaining the required cumulative GPA.
Students considered for participation in the program must have applied to the Isenberg School as an incoming freshman. Eligible students have a strong academic record and are selected by the Isenberg School and the University’s Undergraduate Admissions Office for participation. Any student who meets the requirements will be considered and contacted by the Isenberg Undergraduate Programs Office.

Participants of the Partners in Education Program will receive assistance and advice from Isenberg Academic Advisors, work closely with the Assistant Dean, and student mentors. Students will have the opportunity to connect closely with the Isenberg School throughout their freshman year.
